LEEDS MINSTER TO HOST CHARITY CAROL SERVICE

On 12 December, the stunning Leeds Minster will host Breast Cancer Haven Yorkshire’s annual Carol Service, helping to raise vital funds for all those affected by breast cancer.

The line-up this year includes a roster of fantastic guests including: Soprano Bibi Heal, Amy Walsh and Laura Norton, who play Tracy Metcalfe and Kerry Wyatt respectively on soap opera Emmerdale, Leeds Rock Choir and Jazz by Rebecca Joanne, along with a number of guest readers.

Breast Cancer Haven is a national charity that provides vital support to all those affected by breast cancer. The charity’s Yorkshire centre in Leeds has so far this year provided support to over 500 people affected by the disease. All proceeds from the night will go towards funding this important work.

Debra Horsman, Breast Cancer Haven Manager, Yorkshire said: “Our warmest thanks go to our guests, singers and attendees. Our fundraising events are so important to us in helping to provide support to all those affected by breast cancer. We look forward to seeing everyone there for what is guaranteed to be an amazing evening.”

The event is sponsored by Barton Legal and guests are invited to arrive at 6:00pm for a 6:30pm start. Fizz and canapés will be served following the service.

Tickets can be purchased at https://www.breastcancerhaven.org.uk/event/carol-service-2019-yorkshire  or by calling 0113 284 7804. Tickets are also available on the night.
