GREAT FAMILY SHOWS COMING TO BRADFORD THEATRES

There’s some fabulously entertaining family shows coming to Bradford Theatre this Spring.

A brand new, exciting and educational show is coming to King’s Hall, Ilkley for one performance on Monday 21 February. Exciting Science is sure to amaze and astound all ages from 4 years and upwards, as the team of crazy scientists create a volcanic eruption, build an Air Missile Launcher, make mini rockets and create some pretty big bangs … live on stage. Recommended age 4+.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The producers of Singalonga Sound of Music and Singalonga Grease are back with the smash hit film musical that everyone can’t stop singing. Sing-a-long-a The Greatest Showman comes to Bradford on Friday 25 February for an unmissable evening. The audience will cheer, boo and hiss as they sing their hearts out with a live host. The first rule of Sing-a-long-a is, there are no rules!

Based on the bestselling books of Kes Gray and Jim Field, the enchanting Oi Frog & Friends (in our main picture)  comes to King’s Hall, Ilkley for two wonderful performances on 8 & 9 March.  This Olivier Award nominated action-packed stage adaptation features songs, puppets, laughs and more rhymes than you can shake a chime at. Recommended age 3+.

Famous for his BAFTA award-winning appearances in hit programmes including Something Special, Justin’s House, Gigglebiz and Gigglequiz, Justin Fletcher MBE is bringing his latest show to St George’s Hall on Saturday 12 March. Justin Live is a fabulous show for all the family packed full of well-known songs, lots of dancing, hilarious comedy and plenty of slapstick fun.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

With sell-out performances and a string of hugely successful CBeebies TV adaptations, Northern Ballet’s productions for children are not to be missed. At St George’s Hall on Monday 28 March, they will be presenting an original retelling of the classic children’s story, Pinocchio. Milkshake! Live Milkshake Monkey’s Musical brings together a host of well-loved characters including Paddington, Daisy & Ollie, Milo, Noddy, Pip and Posy, Blue’s Clues & You! and of course Milkshake! Monkey. This brand new show brings Milkshake! to life on stage with plenty of music, laughter and audience interaction. The show is at St George’s Hall on 30 April.
