The massed voices of Inspiration Choir join forces with the Orchestra of Opera North to perform songs from musical theatre in It’s Not Where You Start, It’s Where You Finish on Sunday 8 April at Leeds Town Hall.
This concert sees nearly a hundred musicians performing in one place for a fun-filled afternoon of tunes that you will be singing long after the concert has finished.
Inspiration Choirs are community based choirs in Leeds, Newcastle and Southampton which have performed with orchestras such as the Royal Northern Sinfonia, the Orchestra of Opera North and the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
The Orchestra of Opera North is the only ensemble in the country to hold a year-long position to perform in the concert hall and opera house. The orchestra performs in and around Leeds regularly and also supports numerous education projects working to provide music in schools. The Orchestra of Opera North has earned its respected title as Leeds’ favourite professional orchestra and in this concert you will be able to see and hear why.
