By popular demand, and after his first tour-de-force sell-out tour, Suggs is back again with a brand new show. He stops by at Leeds Town Hall on Thursday 15 February to talk about his incredible experiences whilst performing songs from his extensive catalogue.

If his first show was about how on earth he got there, Suggs: What a King Cnut is about the surprises that awaited him when he did. Things have gone a smidge surreal for the Madness frontman since he was a twelve year old in shorts on the tough streets of London.

Suggs’s music career came to prominence in the late 1970s as the lead singer of the ska band Madness, which released fifteen singles that entered the Top 10 charts in the United Kingdom during the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, including My Girl, It Must Be Love, House of Fun and Driving in My Car. Suggs began his solo career in 1995, while still a member of Madness. Since then, he has released two studio albums, and two compilation albums. His solo hits include I’m Only Sleeping, Camden Town, Cecilia and Blue Day.

Fame is a tightrope and Suggs talks us through his outstanding career and many of his unforgettable moments such as vertigo on the roof of Buckingham Palace and watching his underpants fall to earth on David Bowie’s driveway.

Tickets are available from the City Centre Box Office on 0113 376 0318
